DRASS recently completed a hyperbaric pressure testing campaign on behalf of a leading manufacturer of offshore valves and other industrial solutions for the oil and gas, power generation, petrochemical and underwater technology sectors. The campaign validated equipment where reliability under extreme operating conditions is essential. Tests verified pressure resistance, sealing performance, and operational integrity in line with American Petroleum Institute API 6DSS Annex G, the international standard defining test criteria, pressure levels, and acceptance limits for offshore valves. All activities took place at DRASS Pressure Testing LAB, using our certified hyperbaric simulator to reproduce realistic subsea pressure conditions up to 72 barg (720 msw).
